Yes — and that's a really common experience. Talking about anxiety endlessly can sometimes keep you stuck in it. NLP and hypnotherapy work differently: instead of analysing the problem, we change how your brain responds to it. Many clients who felt "beyond help" have seen real results.
I'm going through menopause and my anxiety has suddenly got much worse. Can you help?
Absolutely. This is something I feel very strongly about because I've been through it myself. Anxiety in perimenopause and menopause is incredibly common and often goes unrecognised or dismissed. You're not going mad. The techniques I use work beautifully alongside whatever else you're doing for your menopause symptoms.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients work with me over 6 sessions, though this varies depending on what you're dealing with. Many people notice a significant shift within the first two or three sessions. We'll talk through what's right for you before you commit to anything.
How does online coaching work?
We meet on video call — Zoom or similar, whatever suits you. All you need is a quiet space, a phone or laptop, and a reliable internet connection. Everything we do together works just as well online as it would face to face.
How much does it cost?
The discovery call is completely free. If we decide to work together, I'll go through the investment with you on the call. Payment plans are available. The most important thing is to get on a call first and see if it feels right.
